We offer full website design for a small fee of €365 Ex. VAT.
What is included?
- Design of the website with a content management system.
- If required, we will buy premium stock photography to make your website look good.
- Search engine optimisation.
- Submission to Google, Yahoo, Bing and other important search engines.
- Configuration of a powerful e-mail system with your domain name (e.g. YourName@YourCompany.ie). You will be able to access your e-mail using the browser, your favorite e-mail client (e.g. Microsoft Outlook) and your mobile phone.
- Configuration of Google Analytics, which gives you rich insights into your website traffic.
- Server hosting.
- Free updates.
How long does it take?
It usually takes between one week and three weeks to develop the website. If you provide content on time, we can have the website up and running within one week. We do not set a time limit by which the website must be completed. We understand that it might take a while for you to come up with all the required content.
What do we mean by free updates?
We offer free updates to your website. You can simply call us or send us an email and we will make the change for you. For example, you might want to ask us to add a new page describing a new service that you want to provide, or change an existing page. This offer is subject to fair usage policy. Every year you can ask up to two hours worth of work to be performed for free. In our experience, this is enough for the vast majority of our customers. Our websites also come with a content management system, which can be used by you to update your website.
What do we need to get started?
We usually have a chat over the phone to discuss the requirements of the website. As part of this chat, we will clarify how the website should look like and what its main features will be. After that, we will need:
- A list of pages that you want to have on the website;
- The content for each page.
You can simply send the content by e-mail. Our e-mail address is info@volpet.ie. Do not worry about styling the content in Microsoft Word or similar software. We will do the styling for you. You do not have to send all the content in one go. We know that it takes time to come up with all the content for your website. It is enough that you provide a list of pages that you would like to have on the website and at least the content for some of those pages. That will be enough to get us started.
Renewal fee
There is a yearly renewal fee of €95 Ex. VAT, which is required to pay for hosting expenses and that entitles you to request free updates to the website. If you want us to renew the domain name for you, then just add €10 Ex. VAT for a .com domain name or €30 Ex. VAT for a .ie domain name.
